All Tyent water ionizers sold by "Authorized
Distributors" carry a 5 year
limited warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturers defects, as well
as any problems that were not because of misuse or abuse of the unit.
Abuse includes using the unit in a matter inconsistent with the directions
in the owner’s manual, as well as breakage resulting from dropping the
unit or other carelessness.
Our technicians will try to troubleshoot any problems via telephone first.
If we cannot find a solution over the phone, we will cover the cost to
have the unit shipped to an authorized repair center if it is within the
first 60 days. After 60 days, the customer is responsible for shipping to
and from an authorized repair center.
All repairs are handled in the USA. If we cannot fix your problem, we will
send you a comparable replacement which could include a new or refurbished
unit depending on age of the unit and other circumstances.
All wholesale purchases by distributors or resellers are final, but the
same warranty and trial period does apply to all of our distributors and
resellers customers.All returns must
be approved and accompanied by an RMA slip, or the return will not be
accepted.
